Главный герой оказывается на необитаемом острове, в результате крушения самолета. Теперь главная задача мужчины – это выжить в агрессивной среде острова, который населен различными монстрами, стремящимися убить человека.
Герою приходится обезопасить себя от мутантов, строя из подручных средств убежище и вооружаясь самими немыслимыми предметами, стараясь, стать наиболее незаметным на фоне окружающей природы. Для эффективного противостояния мутантам, выходящим ночью на охоту, необходимо придумать и реализовать на практике различные ловушки, которые укрепят оборону жилья.

Подготовка к запуску: 1. Скачиваем игру The Forest. 2. Устанавливаем игру, запуская setup.exe. Все нужные файлы для игры по сети в раздаче уже есть.

2. Устанавливаем игру через setup.exe. Фикс и все нужное для игры по сети уже встроено.
Запуск игры: 1. Запускаем Steam и заходим в аккаунт. 2. Запускаем игру через ярлык на рабочем столе или TheForest.exe в папке с игрой.
В игре: Подключение: Co-op —> Вводим свой ник-нейм и нажимаем "Join game" —> Вводим IP адрес и порт нужного вам сервера —> Connect —> Играем! Создание сервера: Co-op —> Вводим свой ник-нейм и нажимаем "Create game" —> Делимся со своими друзьями IP адресом и ожидаем их подключения —> Играем!
Спасибо AlexBlackRaven. Для создания сервера, может понадобиться открыть порт: 27000. Русский язык на данный момент в игре не присутствует.
